This License Agreement covers all existing versions of Copy Database for SQL Server: demo and commercial. License Agreement is a legal agreement between the end-user and OmBelt Solutions. By installing or otherwise using Copy Database for SQL Server, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of License Agreement, please do not install or use Copy Database for SQL Server.

General Information

1. OmBelt Solutions is exclusive owner of all Copy Database for SQL Server copyrights. The product is licensed, not sold. Copy Database for SQL Server is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties.
2. Demo version. Anyone may install and use demo version of Copy Database for SQL Server for evaluation and testing purposes.
3. Commercial version. You may install and use one copy of Copy Database for SQL Server on a single computer. The primary user of the computer on which Copy Database for SQL Server is installed may make a second copy for his or her exclusive use on a portable computer.
4. You may not reverse engineer, modify, decompile, or disassemble Copy Database for SQL Server. The Software Product is licensed as a single product. Its component parts may not be separated for use on more than one computer.
5. You may not rent, lease, or lend Copy Database for SQL Server. Also, You may not resell, or otherwise transfer for value, Copy Database for SQL Server.
6. Without prejudice to any other rights, OmBelt Solutions may terminate this License Agreement if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this Agreement. In such event, you must destroy all copies of Copy Database for SQL Server and all of its component parts.
7. You may permanently transfer all of your rights under this license, provided you retain no copies, you transfer all of Copy Database for SQL Server (including all component parts), and the recipient agrees to the terms of this license.
8. Copy Database for SQL Server IS DISTRIBUTED "AS IS". NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. YOU USE Copy Database for SQL Server AT YOUR OWN RISK. OmBelt Solutions WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS OR ANY OTHER KIND OF LOSS WHILE USING OR MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE.
